    • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

    • You are the authorized user of the phone number provided

  5. Subscription & Billing

    1. Subscription Terms

    2. Free Trial

      We may offer a free trial period (e.g., 7 days). At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.

    3. Billing Cycle

      Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

    4. Cancellation

      You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or billing portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

    5. Refunds

      All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

  6. Messaging & Communications

    By providing your phone number and subscribing to the service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Input Innovate.

    • Message frequency: typically 1 message per day
    • Message and data rates may apply
    • You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP”
    • You may request assistance by replying “HELP”

    You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

  7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
    • Interfere with or disrupt the service
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
    • Resell, redistribute, or exploit the service without authorization

  8. Intellectual Property

    All content provided through Input Innovate, including messages, text, branding, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Input Innovate LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

    You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

  9. No Professional Advice

    Content provided through Input Innovate is for informational and educational purposes only.

    We make no representations or guarantees regarding:

    • Financial performance
    • Specific results from applying the content

    You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

  10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  11. Limitation of Liability

    Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
